About Rosemary Webber
BA, St. Lawrence University; studied extensively at Lyme Academy College of Fine Arts, Silvermine School of Art and Parsons School of Design.
Worked as editorial and portrait illustrator for The Wall Street Journal and corporate clients. Illustrated for the "Goings-On-About-Town" section of The New Yorker magazine.
Feature articles have been written about her work in Advertising Age, Communication Arts, American Artist, Washington Journalism Review, Inc and Palette magazines.
Her art has been chosen for exhibition in juried shows at Greenwich Art Society, Mystic Arts Center, Stamford Art Association, Art Essex Gallery, Connecticut Watercolor Society and Connecticut Academy of Fine Arts. She has been awarded top prizes by Rowayton Arts Center, New Canaan Society for the Arts, the Greenwich Art Society and and the Lyme Art Association. She has been awarded Elected Artist status by the Mystic Arts Center.
